Navigate Change, LLC facilitates in-person emotional intelligence (EQ) workshops in Raleigh-Durham & online. We are also available to coach teams and managers toward improved relational capacity and emotional intelligence in a 1-on-1 or small group format.

We specialize in offering unique events and retreats that quickly build a sense of connection among new teammates, and which shift tensions among the members of existing teams. Our modalities include Authentic Relating, T-Group, Large Group Circles, Alchemical Dreamwork, Dream Art, and other creative, connection-focused practices. Our work is unconventional, and we work best with organizations looking for unique events or solutions to shake up and deepen relationships. Private demonstrations of our techniques are available, or join one of our local weekly classes in the Raleigh-Durham area.

We are available to facilitate or support retreats and trainings with up to 60 participants.

Benjamin Whitehurst, M.A., Founder & CEO, is a long-term meditator and Tantra teacher fascinated with human development & organizational culture. He completed a clinical master's degree focused on group psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, CO before moving to the Raleigh-Durham area. In addition to other trainings and certifications, Benjamin is currently enrolled in the Jenkins MBA Program at North Carolina State University (NCSU), and completed a Diploma in Tantra in 2022.
