Our guest and Harmony Member, Alex Zima, aims to guide us through tools and techniques to include self-care into our daily lives - especially dealing with the pressures and stresses of being an entrepreneur.

Alex (he/him) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor-Associate in private practice with Innerpeace Psychological Services, Cary NC.  Alex offers  individual and group mindfulness-based mental health counseling. He is an experienced evidence-based stress-resilience educator in corporate, educational and clinical healthcare settings.
